Are you an expert in delivering wide-scale business change to procurement organizations and looking to be part of a high-caliber procurement consulting team? This industry-leading procurement consultancy has seen massive growth in the past 12 months and is boosting its Procurement Transformation team to meet the growing demands of its clients.

As a Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, you would be engaged in full end-to-end business change programs delivering full operating model transformation, breaking down and rebuilding category management strategy, restructuring of the workforce, and delivery of new procurement process, policy, and governance.

You will be working with your customers to deliver a more effective and best-in-class procurement model that places procurement at the forefront of the business and creates a truly value-added service.

Key targets and responsibilities of the Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant:-

• Drive the procurement transformation agenda on any matters involving a change to "business as usual" activities
• Implementation of new technologies, systems, processes, and governance that will allow for more cross-functional collaboration and a reduction of siloed business operations
• Identify opportunities for Cost Transformation and Cost Savings across the client's Indirect spend area and implement more effective group-level sourcing strategies
• Be the procurement subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the transformation program ensuring clear communication of project activity
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal business executives through clear communication and presentation of transformation activities and goals

As the Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, you will be undertaking a large-scale project to transform your client's business portfolios, working across multiple industry segments across the UK and Europe.
