Well established but rapidly growing European ETRM software firm seeks a Gas & Power ETRM Product Manager to join and help set the strategic direction, future growth and help oversee the development of their ETRM systems.
My client has 45 employees, all based in the UK and implementing ETRM solutions to clients across Europe. They have strong financial backing and a track record gained over the last 10 years of successful ETRM implementations, so there's a strong Cloud based product and track record to build on in this role.
My client is headquartered out of London but are very flexible on where the successful ETRM Product Manager will live and largely be based from, as long as it is in Europe and you live close to a major international airport so this could be Zurich, Geneva, Dusseldorf, Munich, Brussels, Vienna, Madrid, Barcelona, Rome, Bucharest, Budapest, Warsaw, Paris, Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Stockholm, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol etc. Currently everyone working for my client is working from home until the Covid restrictions allow some return to the office and when restrictions do lift, you will still be largely working from home for 2-3 days per week, with 1-2 days in London on average and 1-2 days on client site doing demos.
My client is looking for a Gas & Power ETRM professional so it is essential that you have gained strong commercial experience working in Gas & Power ETRM implementation working either for a rival ETRM software vendor or an IT / management consultancy, as well as possibly also working for a commodity trading business. You may have strong CTRM experience in other commodities like Oil and Metals, but you will need strong Gas & Power ETRM functional knowledge.
Previous experience working in either a direct Product Manager role or taking on some of the product management tasks would be useful, but you could be a very experienced Gas & Power ETRM Senior / Principal Consultant or above who is keen to move into more of a strategic / commercial role. This is not an implementation role but will have you working closely with the Professional Services Director, Sales Director and the rest of the senior leadership team to help analyse, direct and oversee progression of the business and software solutions, so it's a really interesting role!!
It is essential that you have a British or EU passport or hold Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) / Permanent Residency in the UK as my client won't sponsor visas.
