CTRM New Business Sales Manager - £100k basic + 100% OTE
Global Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) software solutions firm seeks an experienced New Business Sales Manager to join and lead their European sales.
Joining their European team, you'll take over from the European Managing Director as their sole new business developer in Europe although you'll work closely with the MD and 2 CTRM PreSales Consultants in generating and closing deals. This is a hands-on role, looking for an experienced sales professional eager to make sales rather than manage a team, although you will build your team over time so ultimately your role will change.
My client is a truly global ECTRM software house, with 300 employees globally and with offices across North America and South East Asia with a strong presence in Oil, Natural Gas, LNG, Electricity and Metals Trading. They have been growing their ECTRM business in Europe over the past 18 months growing to 10 people, successfully cross-pollinating Global clients in European clients now as well. As the European business continues to grow, they need a more experienced ECTRM New Business Sales Manager to professionalize their sales function and increase sales, who is able to solely focus on generating and closing deals.
The concentration of the European CTRM team is in London but this role could have you based any European city with good transport links, but in an ideal world would you'd be happy to be based from London and travel as needed to sell and close deals across Europe.
Salary: £100k basic + 100% OTE + benefits
