In 2006 our founder, Saffa Ayub spotted a gap in the market – a lack of specialist recruiters in the UK procurement, operations and supply chain sector. Over the last decade or so Saffa’s passion and professionalism, coupled with her collaborative approach, have enabled her to build the UK’s leading recruitment firm in the procurement, operations and supply chain market. Overseeing both US operations and playing a pivotal role in the UK business, Amit is a dynamic force within Bramwith. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, he possesses an extensive commercial acumen, specialising in recruiting for start-ups, SMEs, and Fortune 500 companies.
Amit’s journey with Bramwith is a testament to his dedication and prowess. Starting as a graduate in 2008, he swiftly climbed the ranks, securing the Director’s position by 2018. In this role, he has been instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision and growth trajectory.
Amit is fueled by the ethos of continuous learning and development from experience. He champions Bramwith’s meritocratic culture, ensuring that the team remains inspired, well-being prioritised, and perpetually motivated to excel.
Additionally, Amit has been the driving force behind Bramwith’s burgeoning marketing presence, leading to remarkable growth and engagement across social media and thought leadership content.

With over 23 years of expertise in the recruitment industry, Ben stands out as a seasoned Head-hunter and Recruitment Director. Since joining Bramwith in 2009, he has been instrumental in spearheading internal recruitment, fostering training & development, overseeing top performers, and leading equality as the Bramwith Champion of “Diversity, Equality & Inclusion.”
In addition to his managerial roles, Ben consistently ranks among the top billers, setting high standards, driving internal competition and delivering on major searches. His dedication and leadership were recognised when he was awarded the “Most Inspiring Director” by Recruiter Investing in Talent.
Beyond Bramwith, Ben’s passion extends to sports. He has accomplished feats such as running several half marathons, completing the London Marathon, and indulging in tennis and golf. His passion for competition and camaraderie is evident in his founding and leadership of the Bramwith House Competition.

We’re doing all we can to make our workplace more environmentally sustainable. As well as adhering to a sustainability policy, everyone at Bramwith has their own tote bag and reusable cup to help cut down on plastic waste. We’re also proud supporters of The Ocean Cleanup Project and The Heart of The City Climate initiative.
